When our septic system alarm went off, I called Franc Environmental and they were out within an hour on a Saturday. Tom was very professional and took great care around our property. He pumped our tanks and left our property in perfect condition. Steve and Gary came out to service our pump on Monday morning. They too were top notch professionals and were able to do repairs without replacing pump. We had Franc come out for a septic inspection. To begin with, Caitlin was the first person we came into contact with. Caitlin is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, passionate, friendly and prompt! I had no idea about septic before speaking with Caitlin and I left the call feeling I had a better understanding of the process and how the inspection would go. The inspection came and we had Sam and Mike come out to the site. Mike and Sam were very friendly, tidy and professional. Sam explained every step of the way what was happening. We ran into a snag with the inspection and require further information, but Sam explained next steps and all the details we needed to know! Sam even went out of his way to explain to each person what was happening if they were not present for the first explanation. When we had to plan for further inspection, Caitlin was there again to help us in such a quick and professional manner. I look forward to working with Franc Environmental on our next steps. What an amazing company! We had a septic system backup in our basement, and everyone we dealt with from Matt on the phone to DG on our property was responsive, competent, skilled, and even kind. They understood how stressful this was for us and made sure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. They not only solved the problem but helped us clean up after it. I just wanted to share my positive experience with Franc Environmental Inc. Being a new homeowner, I am a little inexperienced with the sewer/septic system. Thought it important to acknowledge the personnel that were sent out to service our septic tanks today. Tom arrived on schedule but was concerned about being able to stay on the very curvy driveway and took the initiative to call for a smaller truck. Called today for septic clean-out service. Thought I was calling the company I used to use, but had been bought out by Franc. No need to go into details, but service was within an hour, a lot of digging had to be accomplished and a riser put in. Costs were reasonable and the technician Gary did it with smiles and no complaints when his boss said to go ahead and do it “the right way” as opposed to a much faster but not as comprehensive way that it had been done in the past. Everyone who showed up in other trucks to help were also very pleasant. I highly recommend Franc Environmental and kudos to Gary and his boss for their ethics. Thank you!

Needed septic tank to be pumped at my parents house. Called them and they set up a time that worked with my schedule easily. They sent David out to do the pumping. I had called FRANC Environmental back at the beginning of Covid-19 when the world just beginning to shut down ....I was worried I wouldn’t be able to have my septic tank ,in the home I JUST MOVED IN TO emptied , because it definitely needed to be done and from Nicole who scheduled my appointment, to the two gentlemen who came and handled everything, I was assured everything would be taken care of in a safe manner for everyone, and that is EXACTLY what was done!!! I received a phone call when the men were on their way and then again when they arrived as I was not able to be at the house, and as I arrived they were already done and heading out so they stopped to tell me what they had done and all was well, and that was it....everything was GREAT!! I had been so anxious and nervous because I had never had a septic system, combined with the anxiety of what was going on at the time , and here FRANC was literally the EASIEST and BEST service I have ever encountered !!!! I will be using FRANC Environmental for all of my septic/plumbing needs from here on out!!!

Called them on a Saturday to deal with a cesspool. The person I spoke with asked a few questions and suggested I wait till Monday to avoid paying the hefty emergency fee. Bright and early on Monday I had Dave come out and do the job. He was extremely easy to deal with and gave me some insight on dealing with a cesspool. I never review companies but I was so impressed with Dave and how he was so helpful and informative I had to make an exception!
